ION Clean Energy announced that it has raised $45 million from Chevron New Energies, a division of Chevron U.S.A. Inc., who is leading the round, and Carbon Direct Capital. The capital raised will continue to fund ION’s organizational growth and commercial deployment of its ICE-31 liquid amine carbon capture technology for hard-to-abate emissions.
